Remote Call Manager (RCM)
The Remote Call Manager (RCM) was designed specifically for non-profit organizations: it is simple, straightforward, and
affordable for small-staff organizations, but
with all of the features needed to manage interactions with organizational Members.
The RCM software allows the consolidatation all Member data. Upon
consolidation of the full Member list, accountability and tasks may be
distributed to other system Users. Reports are available to track completion of
actions assigned to these Users. This is particularly useful for tracking fund-raising campaign
activities where several-to-many people are completing activities associated
with the campaign.

Implementation
When you sign up to use the RCM system, you can get started using the software that
very same day. We store your RCM database on our servers – no installation
time or technical skills are required by your team members! This "cloud

Consolidate all of your existing Member records in one system - the
Remote Call Manager system. This activity is done through our straightforward import system;
or, if you are just getting started, type in contacts as you go.
Assign ownership and accountability for each of Member to other Users of the
system,
so everyone knows exactly who is accountable, for what task, by when.
Rollout
Once your employees and staff have access to, and are using the Remote Call
Manager,
you can run reports to see summary performance for each of activities that are being
