 Donna
has had a diverse 20-year career focused on project management, performance management,
and the delivery of software solutions and training services.
Donna began her project management career at a global telecommunications firm where
she managed the new product introduction process for large, complex software and
hardware products. She then transitioned into a 10-year career in the performance
management industry, where she guided the roll out and automation of various performance
management initiatives, including Balanced Scorecard, Malcolm Baldrige,
ISO, and TL9000,
using Actuate Performancesoft
Views software.
As Vice-President of Actuate’s (Performance Management) Professional Services team,
Donna worked directly with hundreds of private- and public-sector organizations
across the globe to ensure their specific performance management requirements were
successfully addressed. Donna project-managed software implementations to facilitate
delivery of executive and operational Performance Management reporting, and industry-specific
compliance and accreditation requirements. She also managed a large, multi-national
team of trainers, project managers, and performance management specialists. In that
capacity, she worked directly with over a hundred organizations across many industries,
including: Pharmaceutical, Utilities, Healthcare/Hospitals, Insurance, Telecommunications, Banking, Manufacturing, Education, Local Government, Federal Government,
Services, and Communications.
Donna has completed a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics), a Master of Science (Systems
Science), and has completed a diploma in Psychotherapy.
